  1. 1 kg fig
  2. 2 cups water
  3. 2-3 cm bar cinnamon
  4. 3-4 cloves
  5. 1-2 pieces of Pelargonium
  6. 4.5 cups of powdered sugar
  7. 1/2 lemon


Wash the figs and dry them thoroughly.  Transfer powder sugar with a pot of water.
 Boil the sugar until it melts well. Add cinnamon, cloves and garlic to make them.
 Boil the steam for 10 more minutes and add the figs. When it comes to the consistency 
of the jam, add the water of the half lemon. Boil it for another minute and get it from
 the heat.
