#10 thread in desired colored
satin covered Christmas Balls
size 7 steel hook.
Instructions:
Chain 12, join to form ring.
Row 1: ch1, 20 sc in ring, sl stitch in first sc.
Row 2: chain 3 (1dc ch3 2dc) in same stitch. skip 3 sc, *(2dc ch 2dc) in next ch. Repeat from * around. sl stitch to first to top of first ch3.
Row 31: sl stitch to first sp. ch3 (2dc ch3 3dc) in sp. *ch2 (3dc ch3 3dc) in next sp. repeat form * arond. sl st to first ch.
Row 4: sl stitch to first sp. ch3 (3dc ch3 4dc) in sp. *ch3 sk next sp (4dc ch3 4dc) in next sp. repeat from * around. sl st to first. ch.
Row 5: sl stitch to first sp. ch3 (4dc ch3 5dc) in sp. *ch4 sk next sp (5dc ch 3, 5dc) in next sp. repeat from * around. sl st to first. ch.
Row 6: sl stitch to first sp. ch (5dc ch3 6dc) in sp. *ch6 sk next sp (6dc ch3, 6dc) in next sp. repeat from * around. sl st to first. ch.

Finishing
Slip cover on satin ball. with a six or seven inch lenght of thread weave through loops and knot tightly at bottom of ball. Make a tassel and connect at bottom where loops join together
